Linda was an outstanding hostess who provided full catering for a lunch during an acrylic painting workshop that I was running. Her food was easy to use as an example as to why presentation matters; the dishes were works of art unto themselves. I appreciate her willingness to walk the walk when it comes to her values; even though it is more burdensome to bring reusable dinnerware, she supplied beautiful glasses, plates, and cutlery that made it feel that much more special. She clearly takes pride in the excellence of her work, which shines through both her food and her service. I will be hiring Linda again!

Recently, my family hired Linda Nardilli-Morrin, The Pasta Hostess, to cater a birthday party for four. I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things from my Mom, Lynne, who did the booking, about Linda and her professional approach to planning for the event. Despite very intricate dietary requirements in our family, Linda was able to not only navigate those successfully but to prepare a meal that was truly amazing in every regard. From the taste to the presentation to the timing of the courses, Linda was able to provide a delicious four-course meal for our family that met all of our dietary requirements. She arrived on time, got straight to work, followed strict food safety protocol, was an asset to the atmosphere in her demeanor and personality, and she even cleaned up after! Three of the four people at the table have been to Italy and tasted the most authentic Italian cuisine by all standards and we can confidently say that the food Linda prepares is a vibrant reflection of truly authentic Italian cuisine.

Linda provided an incredible family meal for a treat leading up to Valentine’s Day for me, hubs, and 2 kids (9 & 11). Not only was the food beyond delicious, we tried some new things and learned a bit of Linda’s family history behind the recipes too. Linda takes care of ALL the details, can easily accommodate dietary needs, and left our kitchen spotless and sanitized. Hoping you had a restful Sunday! We just wanted to reach out and say thank you so much for catering our wedding on Saturday.  You were so amazing with ensuring everyone was well fed and happy. We also appreciate your flexibility when the oven didn’t work!

We recently had the Pasta Hostess cater a small party in our back yard and I can honestly say, it was one of the best at-home dining experiences I’ve had. I called and spoke to Linda Nardilli about my event. I was met with a professional that worked with me to create an ideal menu for the party. We worked out the details, got a price and went over a few dietary challenges that a few of my guests had, which she easily accommodated.

Linda was excellent and delivered exactly what we spoke about. The appetizers were plentiful and delicious, the main course was perfectly timed and the only thing I was disappointed with was that I had not ordered extras for the next day.

As a part of the service, The Pasta Hostess cleans any work stations she uses and sanitizes before and after the catering. Clean up was minimal, Linda even helped load the dishwasher! Thank you very much for delivering a unique, impressive and affordable experience we won’t soon forget.

Linda has incredible knowledge about Italian cuisine. We brought Linda in to teach a class at our university residence and had a great time. Linda has an amazing personality that puts everyone at ease. She makes cooking and learning fun for anyone taking her class plus the food is delicious! I found out about Pasta Hostess a year and a half ago. Since then Linda has catered for me for two showers and two Christmas parties. She is professional and very efficient. Her food that she serves is delicious. She has an excellent menu with a wide variety of food to choose from. Linda comes to my home prepared, cooks in my kitchen, serves us and cleans up. The party hostess can just sit back and enjoy her guests without any worries. I very much recommend Pasta Hostess for all occasions.
